Hi all, my box is currently running KDE on Redhat 7.0 Workstation. The problem is I get the following error message when running the ./configure command from the konsole:
"checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= 1.42 and <2.0) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your installation!". Qt is installed and is version 8.(something). I think it might be that Qt isn't installed in the default directory but i'm not sure. Any idea's on how I can fix this problem as I can't install any software (NOTE: RPM works fine!!!). All idea's welcome but try and keep it simple please, cheers all
Remy
NOTE: I'd just like to say how well written the tutorials are at linuxnewbie.org. The tut on Compiling was very easy to follow so well done linuxnewbie.org
NOTE2: LINUX RULES...WINDOWS SUX
NOTE3: Angelina Jolie is a fox (sorry but it had to be said...she's soooo beautiful) :D
