The only way I can boot is to enter interactive mode during boot and choose no when it asks me to start Sendmail. I don't know why this is happening all the sudden and I don't want to keep having to do this. I don't even USE sendmail (yet)!

Any thoughts?

Oh, by the way, any one proficient in setting up CD-RW drives, I could use some help there too! The NHF doesn't help, and I've tried a couple HOWTO's. I'm sooo lost. :(

sounds like you use redhat, when you boot interactive mode, run setup and uncheck sendmail if you dont even use it

For CD-RW you have to treat it as a SCSI drive, where exactly have you had problems, with getting kernel to recognize it , or burning?

I used the procedure here http://linux.nf/stepbystep.htm under CD Burner to setup my CDRW. Use the Redhat instructions though.

If not, search the forums here for CDRW, Rewriter etc. Should find lots of help.
