Postfix queue to mailbox issue

i just setup postfix on a redhat9 linux box. i'm able to receive email, as all emails that i have sent from an external acct are sitting in the queue, but the trouble is they are not being sent from the queue to the proper mailbox. the test acct that i'm sending email to does exist on the local box.

any ideas?
