Hello everyone,

I want to have a copy of Redhat 7.0.

I downloaded the iso 2 times now from redhat's ftp-site and tried to burn it with 2 different programs but still it does'nt work. :confused:

Does someone know if these iso's are bad, and if so, where I can find an good one !!

done use RH. They suck. Go for mandrake 7.2 or Suse 7.2 with 2.4 kernal

If you wanna check the integrity of the ISOs, find an MD5 checksum, and a program to check them (I'm not sure how to use them, but a little research should point you in the right direction).

ok, lets try this. How are you burning the iso's to the CDs? You're not just putting the ISO on the cd are you? meaning you have one file on the cd and its the ISO file?

ISO's are an image file, and you have to burn them specialy. Read the documentation that came with you cd-burner software to see how to burn an image (that is of course if your already doing it like this)

It sounds stupid, but I just wanted to make sure you had the CD burned right.
