I depends on where you live ! If you want to come to Belgium, you can find it in Louvain-la-Neuve ... But I don't think that helps you much :p

try this (ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/) then select the directory corresponding to the architecture you want to run suse on. it is not currently available for download so you will hav to try it in a day or two.

SuSe will NOT release a downloadable iso.
There is an evaluation (non-installable) iso you can download. So buy it or leave it.

In other words - SuSe is making a big mistake...

Try redhat

RU sure? If you read the other post that's here the implication is that SuSE _does_ release ISOs, but delay the release so as not to impact sales. The suggestion was that if you can wait a while that 7.1 would be available for download, but that people who pay get first chances. This certainly seems to have been the case for 7.0. Personally I think this sounds like good business practice to me. [How many of us would go to the cinema if we could get it free on video?]

Ok here is the story !

The live evalution is not installable - but the evalution version is .
But from the 7.1 version is no evalution out yet . Iam really wonderin if they will .

Who want to download a ****ty evaluation iso?
Why install an (supposed to be free) linux, that is evaluation...?
What is this? Shareware linux?

However.. i do think everyone should BUY linux. Support the community! You get 7 cd's, a DVD (contains 7 cds), and books with SuSe 7.1

On the other hand, SuSe is old already. It doesn't have kde 2.1! People who have bought the 7.1, need to recompile...

Talk about userfriendly.....

They might post the some of sort of download edition:

The 7.1 distribution will show up in a few days in this directory.
In other words, this is just a space-keeper. Expect more than 3 GB space
in here in just a few days.
