You can just delete the partitions that you created for linux and then overwrite your mbr.

Yes..but i am unable to delete the partition s-.- apparently linux screwed up on install and i cant get to DOS or Windows :-( Everytime i take out the boot disk and reboot i get to the startup and it simply says LI

Use fdisk to remove the Linux partitions. If you don't know how to use fdisk, pop in your Linux CD, start the installer, when you get to the partitioning part, remove Linux partitions and save the changes. If you're using LILO and you installed it on the MBR, pop in a DOS boot disk, reboot, and run fdisk /mbr to restore your MBR.
