Im a newbie using Mandrake . I could someone recommend a firewall for KDE. Nothing to programmy, graphics, easy to use. Also could some one tell me how to wipe the swap file ??

Firewall you want - give "guarddog" a try. It comes available as a tarball and also a mandrake rpm. It's gui interface seems to do the job OK.
Search for it on Google coz I can't remember the site address.
