I have a problem with my desktop

my computer after 5 mins goes into standby mode, and when I get it wakes up my wallpaper is garbled... How do i fix this?

and how do i stop the cpu from going into sleep mode?

it has the configurations to fix all your problems. They all stem from it going into sleep mode I bet.

I disabled suspend and standby.

I turn on screen saver, I think this will work out just fine

Heh, no problem. I just would both enable the screen saver though, it does not hurt anything.
