I'm using SUSE 9.0 from ftp install. I received an error from YaST2:

libjawt.so not available
Required by:
OpenOffice_org requires libjawt.so

A quick search found that I need java2-jre-1.4.2-35.i586.rpm, but I can't find this package anywhere. I've tried installing the RPM provided from Sun's Web site, but this places everything in different directories that are not recognized by the YaST2 dependancy tree.

Has anyone found a source for the "official" SUSE build of Java?

Try searching libjawt.so at www.rpmfind.net
