Just bought RedHat 7.0 Prof Svr edition and learned that Java 1.2.2 doesn't work and the 7.0 doesn't support 1.3. Anyone know a work around or if Red Hat 6.2 supports either?
Thank you

There are some incompatiblities with Redhat 7.0 bundled glibc-2.2 and java, try sun's page (http://java.sun.com) for more info.Hope this helps. njcajun 04-06-2001, 12:26 PM Wait a week or two, RH 7.1 should be out. BCinSC 04-06-2001, 12:52 PM DOH!! Saw no mention of that on Red Hat's site. justlinux.com
