Go to http://www.rdesktop.org/#download and download the latest release of rdesktop. Unpack in a temporary directory and ./configure; make; make install. Then read the man page to figure out how to set options for depth, size, username, domain, etc. Next, enjoy connecting to Win2k, Win2k server, WinXP and Win2003 terminal servers from the comfort of your own linux box!

I now don't have to boot to my XP partition to connect to my computers at work! I can even connect to the Win2003 domain controller! This is too cool. It's very fast, and so far seems to be stable.

EDIT

Even the mousewheel and sound passthrough works.

I've got rdesktop working on RH 8.0 and it works great. What I would like to do is map the local drives to my Windows 2003 Terminal Server? Is this possible?
