My Spec Are
AMD 1000Mhz
128 SD Ram
20Gig ATA100 HDD
30Gig ATA100 HDD
Creative Geforce2 Ultra 65Mb

either is better than the other in some respect according to each individual user, get them both from cheapbytes.com and try both, then pick the one you like best and support them by buying the real version

Yeah, you can't go wrong with either one of those distros. Never tried SuSE, but I hear many good things about it. And then Mandrake is newbie friendly.
