starting a torrent seed

If anyone could help me with starting a torrent seed with the bt command line that would be great. I wanna be able to share some legal live music of mine. I have the trackers website and all that info but I dont quite know how to do it :( I have read the docs and such but still am confused. Or if someone could point in the direction of a good gui or a util that helps you start a seed that would be great thanks!
