I recently installed the "Wolverine" beta of RedHat which has kernel 2.4.1 in it. This kernel also has IPTABLES as many of you may know. I have been searching for documentation on getting netmeeting working thru my firewall on one of my masq'd machines. To this point...the only docs I can find has references to old implementations of the firewall code in the older kernels. I am using Firestarter as my firewall. Can anyone give me any insight on this?

net meeting is the microsoft communications thingie? and your firewall is stopping it from working?
why don't you just find out what ports netmeeting uses and open those ports up on the firewall?

well I haven't haven't actually tried to get it working yet...I am tryin to get my "ducks in a row" first before I start trying. From reading all those earlier docs they talk about port forwarding and stuff and frankly I just don't know how to do all that yet.
