dhcp/router troubles

I have posted this in the gentoo forms but still not resolved yet so instead of reposting ill just link to my post dhcp/router troubles (http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?t=114322) Any help i can get would be much apriceated. you can post here or there ive been searching here and there all day and all night but nothing seems to work.
