My problem is this, i need to install a program that can decompress files *.avi, but he requiers qt2.* but i have qt1.*, so i went to the web site of Qt development, and it says that you have to pay to have the libs Qt, is this true, or am i getting sick?
If it is free where can i get it, or if it is payed can i get it free, or is there another way to install the Qt libs?
Thanks

The linux version of qt is gpl the windows version is non-free.

I think all linux distros provide qtlibs on their cd or web site.
