If you have a system with both Windows and SuSE loaded, how would you uninstall SuSE???

I have Winows loaded on one disk and SuSE loaded on another. I know that I could just reformat or do fdisk to remove SuSE, but my concern is what about the data that is written to MBR.

Use your Windows install disk or rescue disk to get to a command prompt and type

fdisk /mbr

That will do everything you want without reformatting. On WinXP with the install disk, it is 'Restore MBR' or something like that.
