lp stopped

I was printing a report, but it never stopped taking paper out, so I just turned the printer off, and restarted to flush the printer's cache. Now, under the printer properties, it shows lp with a little red "!", and under it it says stopped. How do I start it back up? I am running Drake 7.2.
