simple webpage problem

ok, i'm trying to display a log online, from a windows machine. On my webserver, i can't seem to figure out how to display this file. It's a normal text file, but i'd like to have it parsed. It used to use ASP on a IIS5 server, but i'd like it to be on a linux server again... How would i go about doing this?

Run apache with mysql and php.

There is a program on freshmeat that will convert the asp tags to php
