Hello,
I was wondering is it possible to have an file .exe or a file that would install on Windows to work on Linux? Is there a way? I want to download "Pagoo" it is call waiting for my internet, and I have it on Windows but when I get on the net on Linux I want it on there too? Is that possible? They dont have an Linux verision that I know of either.... Kinda like say if you wanted to download "Winamp" how would that be done?
Thanks for you time.

Wine (http://www.winehq.com/) can run some windows programs, but probably not Pagoo. Though I suppose it's possible. You'd have to try it for yourself.

There is usually a Linux program that will do the task of important windows programs. For Winamp there is xmms (http://www.xmms.org/).

Just for the NFO, I've had winamp working perfectly with WINE, but I still use XMMS. It's always much easier to use a linux-native alternative.
