I'm trying to install GRip from the source file, when i run ./configure I get the following error message: checking for gnomeConf.sh file in /usr/local/lib... not found - configure: error: Could not find the gnomeConf.sh file that is generated by gnome-libs install - yet i am using Gnome 2.4 as i type this on Slack 9.1. Anyone have any ideas?

Isn't there a Gnome development kit? Do you have it installed? I'm using RedHat and I know that I had a choice during installation.

Figured it out. Gotta get and install libghttp, then get the development package from the GRip web site because Gnome2 requres it.
