Daedrus 11-25-2003, 10:26 AM Older versions of VMware were more difficult to work with when dealing with distros that weren't officially supported. If you can. Try Verson 4.0 or higher of VMware. It easily recompile modules to work with your distro. I will be installing Fedora on a test system today and will let you know if VMware 4 works. I currently use it on RH9 with a kernel version not officially supported. ph34r 11-25-2003, 02:06 PM Got it working. Found a old posting and had to change 1 line in the vmnet source code. http://linux-kernel.skylab.org/20030413/msg00774.html justlinux.com
