Desktop messed up....

Hi Guys

I was using Mandrake9.2 yesterday with no probs rebooted to use XP for a while then when I went back into Mandrake my destop is messed up, some icons are showing as cogs...no icon pic and wont start the app and the start menu shows as envelopes.

Any ideas...I have only had this running about a week.

If you don't have any setting or preferences you want you could delete .kde from your home folder. If you do want to save something just search through the folder and copy whatever you need out.

This will only work if you are running KDE

EDIT: When you next run KDE and new fresh .kde folder will be created for you
