I just installed RedHat on a second computer, (AMD 1000, 256 RAM, UDMA 100, 32 MB Asus GEOForce DDR Video Card) Linux does not detect the video card and I am forced to do a text install. Thats fine but I wish to use KDE or Gnome. How do I get the OS to see my Video Card?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Goto www.xfree86.org (http://www.xfree86.org) and search for the version of X you are using and check if your video card is supported.

Perhaps upgrading X will allow your card to work. Depends if you have the most recent version already.

Search for you card here in the forums if you didn't do that before posting. Check your cards website for any Linux drivers or suggestions.
