I have downloaded the plugin and ran the following instructions in Terminal: (these were all I could find?)

tar -xzvf mplayerplug-in-1.0pre2.tar.gz
cd mplayerplug-in

Where do I go from here? Like in - How do I install it?
I read every included text file in the proggy and NADA.

No. - There is not a mplayer package included in my cd's.

probally, like most programs, id assume you do this -

./configure
make depend
make
make install

Thanks animex2 but I'm not compiling? I just want to install the plug-in the easy way. I'm lazy;)

That's the way you have to do it. That's not a package for your distro, it's a tarball so you need to do that.
