My Internet in Linux was perfectly normal until I took my computer to my friend's LAN party. When I came back, the Internet in Linux didn't work. So I open up Manrake Control Center and look at my Internet connection, it says diconnected. I hit configure, and run through the process, but I never needed to change a thing. When I'm done, I'm connected again. Yet everytime I shut down my computer, the internet connection is reset and I have to go through the entire process all over again when I boot up. It's starting to get annoying. I think it might be another Manrake bug.

One other think I've noticed, when I hit the Expert button, and go to Configure Internet Connection, it says I DON'T HAVE an internet connection, and that I should click on Configure to make one. This happens Even when I have Connected.

 Any thoughts or ideas??
