My mouse acts as if it is always being pressed

Yo yo yo,

About 20 mineuts ago, I rebooted my Red Hat 8.0 computer and after it booted my mouse acted "weird". Its almost as if when I move it around the screen, the mouse is always clicked. When I use mozilla and move my mouse to the dispaly, the page moves up and down franticially thus I can't read it (like I'm moving the scroll bar up and down at a super human rate). If the mouse if off the Mozilla windows, then the screen is generally normal.

I dont understand why and I's taken me afew mineuts just to get to the "new topic" button on JL with out the mouse.

The mouse is a micro$oft Intell mouse (my parents gave it to me and I dont want to offend them by not useing it). For now I guess I'll try to use a different mouse.

I got it now, I cleaned my mouse - I actually opened it with a screwdriver and cleaned it

M$ hardware really sucks
