Evening
I've been researching honeypots for awhile and would like to implement up to two of them into my small network to get a better understanding of how they work, and to have an extra layer of defense. I do have a few IDS systems on my network but I get more false positives then anything.
Would someone have any insight they could give me on how to strategically place honeypots on my network? My network mainly consists of linux machiens but does have one XP pro system.
Any asistance greatly appreciated
