winex3 and counterstrike

i use winex3 to install CS into the fake_C: drive.. the installation went smoothly. but when i try to run cs itself (Steam.exe) i get this message in console

"Your system requires the use of pthreads but the maximum system allowed stack size of 2052 kB may be too small for some games"

wut does it means and how to fix it?

It means steam sucks, it does not run on wine and until it does it's bye bye to HL on new servers......
