which one should i use and what the advantages of each?
it seems that cups isn't included with RH.
also...
i'm having some trouble setting up my linux box to print to a printer on a windows box.
my other windows boxes could print fine.
i tried to setup the printer by using the printtool utility that was included. i've set it up to use a smb printer and typed in the ip and share name and everything.
Yes i've read the manuals.
Yes i have samba setup ( i could access windows shares fine)
I've set this up before but for some reason i cant get it working this time.
it doesnt seem to be sending prints to the windows box's queue at all.
