What is the name of the package that enables you to update the entries in the KDE menu panel?

It is called kmenuedit, and you should be able to get it running from the command line. Also, on the distribution I'm using, ASP Linux, which is based on RH9, if I right click the 'start menu' icon then I get an option to open the menu editor.
