Thanks bdl 04-04-2001, 11:36 PM You really should do a search for 'ISO' on either this site or google.com/linux; that having been said, you do not need to extract the files from an ISO. Any normal CD burning software for Win or Linux can and will recognize and burn an ISO image to CD. Just fire up your CD burning software, and you should be able to choose a menu item similar to "Burn image from file..." or "Burn CD from image..." and so on. Shove in a CD and go for it. Once you become more familiar with linux / unix you'll find you can mount an ISO image on a loopback filesystem and you wont have to even burn it, but that's for another day. :) jwilson 04-05-2001, 01:49 AM Timmy I did just the same and am currently running RH7. This web page (http://www.redhat.com/download/howto_download.html) should tell you all you need to know! justlinux.com
