New video card

Hi,
I installed a new video card and now when i boot up I get a blank screen.
With windows the software takes care of installing the necessary drivers. What do i need to do to fix this problem?

I'm running Mandrake 7.1.

check out a how-to on your boot loader and see what arguement u need to pass to your kernel to load into the boot prompt ex. if lilo

lilo: linux 3 //runtime 3 which is console login, this login is recommened since if X login fails it just doesn't sit there.

Then u will need to run 'Xconfiguration' (this is the video card detection for RH)
