I just recently installed 7.1 to try it out.
I had some issues so I emailed support.
While the responses were quick, they were not very thourough. The language issue is evident as I had to try to decipher the not-so-great English. And they give one line quick responses which don't always include the necessary details that a newbie needs to solve a problem.
On the plus side, the distro looks good so far, but I will never part with debian.

Curiosity forces me to evaluate every dostro I can get my hands on :)

I'm curious as to what the problem was and if you got it resolved.

The problem was trying to get my ISA PnP modem to work. It involved configuring the
irq and com port to match the actual pnp
config. Their responses were cryptic at best.
One response said:
Add your seterial command to your /etc/init.d/boot.local file.

Well, I needed a bit more detail than that.
I finally figured it out on my own.

But the distro isn't bad. I got all my devices to work eventually, including my printer, which has been a bear with other distros.

I had a few stability problems after the initial install but it's been fine after applying the updates.
