I am running Mandrake 8...using Gnome and Sawfish as the Windows Manager.

I know where to get the themes, but I don't know how to install them.

I've done it myself. When you download the theme, don't worry about unpacking it, you don't have to.

Now look in /usr/share/sawfish

You should see a 'themes' directory here. That's where the theme.gz file should go. If you're like me, you might have version number sub directories in /usr/share/sawfish. I have upgraded Sawfish several times with Ximian/Helix and it saves each versions settings there. For instance, I have some themes in /usr/share/sawfish/0.38/themes. Either place is fine to drop the theme file in to have it work.
