Hi All
I am in the process of setting up a Red Hat 9 install to run Nagios 1.1. The box is fully updated using RHN which includes an update to Perl 5.8 which Nagios has trouble with. There is a fix available to sort this out or alternatively downgrading to Perl 5.6 is supposed to do the same.
Does anyone know of this patch (I think its from Suse but I cannot find anything on their site) as all i am getting is a Segmentation fault when i try to start Nagios.
Or alternatively any info on how to downgrade Perl would be usefull as I dont have much experience with Linux at the moment.
Thanks in advance
