Hi everyone,
I'm having problems getting my video card setup properly to watch TV. I posted this post:

in the Software section because I thought it was a problem with Avview, but now I'm thinking it might be a hardware issue so I thought I would try it in this category. Let me know if you have any suggestions after looking at my other post.
