Router with redhat 7.2?

the router nhf doesnt work for rh 7.2.
the problem is that the ipchains command it tells me to enter returns an error.
it worked the last time i did it on 6.2.

could someone direct me to a newbie friendly howto on creating a router with ipchains or possible iptables.

nevermind.. i got gShield..
seems to work fine.
anyone tried this?
are there any issues with it?
