Ok, I just downloaded all the red hat ISOs and I burnt them to cd using the "Burn Image" option in Nero Burning Rom. Now I put in the first disk and it starts up into the red hat installation guide. Then I press enter and it brings up the option to check my cd to make sure it is the full red hat. At that point my computer locks up and I can press every key on the keyboard and nothing will happen. :( Hope I didn't waste three cds.

Did you check the MD5 sums before burning the images? You should always so that if you are worried about wasting CDs.

Well, for one thing I don't know how to to run the checksums. Also I got the problem fixed by disabling the legacy usb. (I didn'g even know that was enabled?? )

Well, since you have a Windows box, you can get an MD5 checker for it here:

Yea, I had the same problem. I have a USB card reader that can read SD cards and compact flash cards. Redhat (and other linux distros) would freeze on the first disk and wouldn't do anything. After I unplugged the card reader in installed fine.

That will tell you if the disks are good or not. It won't tell you that the downloaded iso files were good or bad before you burned them.
There's a reason they provide the MD5 checksums with the files. But it's up to you to take advantage of it.
