RH7 xserver problems

I have installed everything fine, but the picture is flickering enough to make the eyes hurt. What is the command to reset the xserver, and is there a way to only change the xserver config without having to put the other modules in again?

hi there,

well you can always exit X with key combo CTRL-ALT-<BACKSPACE>. This will get you back at your command line.

Then you can configure X by running xconf. Just type xconf at your command line.
