Well, you didn't specify what kind of broadband you have. ADSL, Cable?

Open a terminal and type...adsl-setup
If you get no response from that I would suggest installing Roaring Penguins ppp0e.

The terminal is usually something that looks like a tv screen. and then you type in "adsl-setup" and if that still doesnt work type in "su" and enter your password and try "adsl-setup" again.

Is it not in your present install? If not look to your cd. It's an rpm on RH...all you do after copying it to your chosen folder is click on it to install.
