linux in LAN

Thankz guy.I am sorry ,and I hv static IP .amd I can surf,but config DHCP when start being active,it was could not boot nomarly.I will try some changes!

Can you ping the IP address of your computer from the windows computers? If you can, then look into samba. It lets you share files with the windows computers. When you have samba set up correctly, you can then see your linux computer in the network neighborhood.
