can't use update

Every single time i try to register so i can get the updates this is what i get and i quote :

if someone could just tell me wats going...Another thing that bugs the crap out of me is that I can't do Step 1 of the Red Update thing where I accept...IT won't load! Help please!!! I think that's why i'm having so much trouble installing anything on LInux thank you b0rn

Try going to the Redhat Network and search for the new SSL certificate. I know they sent out an email about an updated certificate a few months ago.
