Hi, I was hoping someone could give me a hand. I have my modem setup exactly in Mandrake the way it is in Windows, but despite my best efforts. I kept getting the message. "Modem is busy." My modem has worked in Mandrake previously, but I had to reinstall rescently and that put an end to that. Any help anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated.

When you say you have it set up like in Windows, I assume you mean the I/O ports and the interrupt. Do you have the UART set to 16550A? I've had some problems with that in the past.

Yeah, Sorry about that. I meant the the ports are set the same. The URAT is set correctly, also.
