Debian install trouble on Inspiron 8600 laptop

I had a debian install goin on my desktop back at home but I got a laptop for college yadda yadda....

anyway, I'm trying to do a net install of the testing version of sarge (AFAIK the only official netinst ISO?). I'm booting off the CD fine but when I try to install I get an error that says "E: Unimplemented Feature" and all I can do is the three finger salute.

Any ideas?

I'm pretty new to linux so go easy on me.

That net-install CD for sarge is for testing purposes only. Debian Sarge will have a totally new install system when it is released (probably in December or begin 2004). So my advice is: Get an unofficial net-boot iso for woody! And read some of the docs for woody. Updating to sarge later is a piece of cake.
