just change your /etc/apt/sources.list file to point to unstable instead of testing and run apt-get update, apt-get upgrade and apt-get dist-upgrade.

Follow the details found
here (http://www.debian.org/releases/unstable/) and replave each instance of testing with unstable. Also, I know this sounds obvious, but the man pages for apt are really useful. Try here (http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/apt-howto/ch-apt-get.en.html)
