Can someone please tell me why only Netscape is for Linux and their are not other browsers (I may be wrong about this because I am still a newbie to linux :) ) Also, I need some help with WinLinux 2000, when we start up kppp we get something about a file not having the right config or something. But we are able to dail into a ISP. But when we want to use the net Netscape gives me a bunch of mombo-jombo about not being able to connect to some home.netscape.com site. If anyone can give me some step by step instructions on this it would be great. Thanks all!

Yeah, check what the DNS addresses are from your ISP then fill those in in the setup portion of KPPP. Should be pretty simple. Just find out those numbers from your ISP.

hello,
i am guessing that the DNS numbers are misisng from your /etc/resolv.conf file.

I would say there is a problem with the IP numbers you gave for your ISP's DNS server.
