Adding 2nd Language after installation completed

Hi all folks,

RH8.0
KDE

I performed follows to add 2nd Language

KStart -> System Settings -> Language

Started an empty "Language Selection" window. No Languages were available there for selection.

KStart -> Extras -> Others -> Install Packages

Started a warning;

"No Files Specified.
Please specify files to install as arguments"

Could you please advise what mistake I have committed.

Install the language rpms off your cd's or download them.

What I can find from CD are

kde-language-xxx.rpm
(e.g. kde-german-xxx.rpm)

xpdf-language-xxx.rpm
etc.

Installing them could not solve probelm

Hope this helps, I found it earlier when I wanted to translate some French docs but didn't use it.
