Stumbled upon this place and looks like the great place to learn about Linux.
I have installed RH7.1 and have used it for a little while. Also managed to start Apache, MySQL, Java .....
Somehow, rc.local does not seem to run at startup though it did initially. To be frank, I am not sure what happened.
I know rc.local is not run as Apache and MySQL cannot be connected unless I start them manually.
How do I diagnose or workaround this problem. Any help would be appreciated.
