getting kpanel with enlightenment

I want to get the panel from KDE so that I can try out some of the apps but I don't want to use KDE. I currently run enlightenment 16.4 exclusively. I am running Drake 7.2. I have tried adding a line into my .xinitrc but I get an error of command not found on them all. These are the ones I have tried

exec kpanel
kpanel

Also how do I get it to show Gnome and KDE in my menus? I would like to acces them just using enlightenment?

The KDE panel is now called "kicker" in KDE 2.0 (which Mandrake 7.2 includes).
